Silly Pumpkin Privacy Policy

Silly Pumpkin / 南瓜怪脸实验室 is an offline creative toy for children and their families. Basic creation works offline. There are no child accounts, advertising, developer analytics, or online community. Optional purchases use Google Play Billing and its dependencies, which require network access and process transaction and diagnostic information under Google policies (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not operate a purchase server or receive payment-card details. We store the signed purchase receipt and token locally to remember an unlock and send the token to Google Play to acknowledge the purchase and query ownership. The app does not request camera, microphone, location, advertising ID, or photo-library read access.

The current pumpkin design and language preference are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. You can remove them by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. The app excludes this data from Android backup and device-transfer rules.

When you choose Save card, the app creates an image in Pictures / Pumpkin Lab. Saved images remain after uninstalling the app. Delete them using your photo app. Your device’s own photo backup service may sync saved images under its settings and policies. Silly Pumpkin does not upload them. A parent may choose to share an image using a separate photo app; that app’s policies apply.

We do not ask children for names, photos, voices, ages, or contact details. Parents may contact sdrzlyz@gmail.com with privacy questions. If you email us, your email provider and ours process that correspondence; we use it only to respond to your request and retain it only as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. Do not include a child’s personal information in support messages.

If features or data practices change, we will update this policy and the application disclosures before those changes take effect.

当前南瓜及语言偏好保存在设备的应用私有存储中。清除应用数据或卸载可删除。应用通过 Android 备份及设备迁移规则排除这些数据。

主动保存的作品卡写入 Pictures / Pumpkin Lab 文件夹，卸载后仍保留，可在相册中删除。设备相册备份服务可能按自身设置和政策同步图片，本应用不上传它们。家长自行使用相册应用分享时，适用该应用的数据政策。

我们不要求孩子提供姓名、照片、声音、年龄或联系方式。家长可通过sdrzlyz@gmail.com咨询隐私问题。邮件服务提供商会处理来信；我们仅用其回应请求，按解决问题及履行适用义务所需的期限保留。请勿在支持邮件中提供儿童个人信息。

如功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们将在生效前更新隐私政策和应用说明。

This policy page does not use analytics, cookies, or third-party fonts. Our hosting server may process your IP address and browser request metadata to deliver the page, protect the service and diagnose failures.
